- When will my order be shipped?
- With COVID-19, we are following local health mandates and taking additional precautions to help ensure the safety of our customers. This may increase the time it takes to process and ship your order—currently up to 5 business days. Additionally, we may not be able to offer expedited shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

- Do we offer free shipping?
- Yes, we offer FREE Standard shipping for U.S. orders over $45 to the continental U.S. Free shipping is based on your order total after promotional discounts have been applied and before shipping charges, taxes, etc.
- How do I make a return?
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
- All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Flourishing Faces E-Gift Card
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
